My cleaner cancelled

If your cleaner cancelled, you may take the actions listed below as long as your appointment is still more than 6 hours away:

If your cleaning appointment is still matched with your cleaner:

  1. Go to your Snazzy Maids account dashboard, and select your appointment.
  2. Scroll down and click 'Report an issue' > 'My cleaner rescheduled or cancelled'.
  3. Select whether you wish to 'Match New Cleaner and keep your schedule' or 'Match New Cleaner and reschedule'.

If your appointment starts in less than 6 hours, you may cancel your cleaning by following the steps below:

  1. Go to your Snazzy Maids account dashboard, and select your appointment.
  2. Click ‘Manage appointment’ > ‘Cancel this appointment’.
  3. Select the reason for your cleaning’s cancellation, and click the ‘Cancel appointment’ button.

If your cleaning appointment was canceled, you may submit a new request here. Snazzy Maids will follow up with your cleaner to underscore the consequences of their actions & ensure it does not happen again.
